"More than a holiday": young specialists shared their emotions after the All-Russian student graduation at the National Centre RUSSIA
The All-Russian student holiday "Your Graduation" brought together 600 outstanding university graduates from more than 80 regions of the country at the National Centre RUSSIA. Those who over the years of study not only obtained knowledge, but also had actively transformed the university environment around them, gathered on July 19 at the National Centre RUSSIA. Among the celebrating people there were winners of All-Russian projects, foreign students with achievements in youth policy, representatives of the teaching staff, and vice-rectors in charge of educational work at universities.
According to Karina Ispiryan, a student of Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin, it was a great honor for her to take part in the All-Russian Student Graduation.
"I am a graduate, I have completed my fourth year, but I will do my master's degree. It is a great honor to be a participant of the All-Russian Student Graduation. Talented students from all over the country have gathered here, and it's great to be among them. And despite the fact that we are graduates, thanks to the "Your Move" project, we know that we are a united student community. The power of unity is especially felt here at the National Centre RUSSIA," Karina Ispiryan shared.
Organizers of the All-Russian student holiday "Your Graduation" were the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, "Russia -- the Land of Opportunities" platform, Rosmolodezh and the "Your Move" project with the support of the "Znanie" Society, the National Centre RUSSIA, and the "Movement of the First". The event under the slogan "Let's stay in touch" has become a symbol of generational continuity and confident progress.
The "Your Move" project, a part of which was the graduation, has already brought together more than 2 million participants. Its mission is to create conditions for discovering the potential of students, and for their involvement in the transformation of the educational environment. A solemn presentation of red diplomas took place on the live broadcast of "Your Move", congratulations were heard from youth policy leaders, a relay race of greetings from federal universities and video messages from rectors took place.
"600 of the best graduates from all over the country gathered here, united by a united student community. We get to know each other, communicate and create cool new projects. I'm going to keep all the connections I found here. I have gained a lot thanks to the All-Russian student project “Your move". For four years, my student life had been filled not only with the foundation of education, but also with teamwork in the student community to make Russia a leader. We came here, and all the friends from the "Your Move" project are happily communicating," said Mikhail Leodiakov, a graduate of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
A particularly touching moment of the All-Russian Student holiday "Your Graduation" was the award ceremony for 26 outstanding graduates - those who graduated from universities with honors, achieved success in science, creativity, sports and media, and also created families while developing socially significant projects.
