Dmitry Demeshin: The National Centre RUSSIA is one of the world's best projects

The National Centre RUSSIA and its branches are becoming an important part of regional development, bringing together cultural, public and educational projects. Their creation provides new points of attraction for residents and visitors, as well as unique opportunities for investors. The Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Dmitry Demeshin, spoke about this at the session "Bolshoy Ussuriysky: An Island of Friendship, Peace and Prosperity" in Vladivostok.

"On behalf of myself and the entire Khabarovsk Territory, I would like to express my gratitude to the National Centre RUSSIA team. Every project you bring to life is unique. Wherever the National Centre RUSSIA opens, both the economy and culture develop at a steady pace. We can already see this in the venues that are up and running, and we are looking forward to the implementation of this major project on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027," said Dmitry Demeshin.

The Governor also highlighted the importance of the National Centre RUSSIA's main building, which is currently under construction in Moscow. According to him, the venue will become one of the world's best projects, bringing together the connection between generations, the achievements of a great country, prospects for development and international dialogue.

The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve, showcase and further develop the country's achievements. Today, the Centre is expanding its regional network, bringing together exposition, educational outreach, business and cultural formats.
