Dosh, SaMott and high-tech: Ingushetia Day at the RUSSIA EXPO
The Academy
of Digital Development, created in Ingushetia through the joint efforts of the
republican authorities and the Safmar Charitable Foundation, will be presented
on the region's Day at the RUSSIA EXPO by Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, the head of the
republic, and Mikhail Gutseriev, a well-known Russian entrepreneur. Deputy
Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak is also expected to
attend.
The
establishment of the Academy is an important step in the digitalization of the
region. It will train specialists in the most in-demand fields: from
programming and artificial intelligence to design and management of complex
technical projects. One of the directions of the Academy's work is training
specialists in the field of state and municipal management. The Academy will
include a modern IT-hotel in Magas, the construction of which has already
begun, and an IT-accelerator - a support center for technology companies.
Mahmud-Ali
Kalimatov, head of the Republic of Ingushetia, presented the Republic's
development plans at the International RUSSIA EXPO.
"Congratulating
our Republic on its 30th anniversary, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted
our achievements, saying that over the past years many new enterprises,
agro-industrial facilities have been built in the Republic, transportation,
construction and tourism industries are developing. The head of state Vladimir
Putin recommended us not to rest on our laurels, to work hard and persistently,
to give priority attention to attracting large investments into the economy of
Ingushetia, to implementing major social and infrastructure projects, to
creating modern jobs, to improving the quality of life of people. And this is
the most effective vector of development for us", - said Mahmud-Ali
Kalimatov, head of the Republic of Ingushetia.
The
Republic of Ingushetia is the youngest subject within the Russian Federation.
This is reflected in the trajectory of its development, where the key direction
is the improvement of social infrastructure. As part of the implementation of
national projects from 2019 to 2023, 26 schools with a capacity of 720 seats
and 37 kindergartens with a capacity of 220 seats each have been built in
Ingushetia. As well as hospitals, culture houses, sports complexes and new
roads.
In
accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation
Vladimir Putin, a building of the State Philharmonic Society is under
construction at a cost of more than 1.5 billion rubles - this is the first
building of such scale and purpose in Ingushetia, which meets high technical
and professional standards.
As part of
the business program of Ingushetia Day at the RUSSIA EXPO, a joint working
group meeting on cooperation with the Republic of Belarus, as well as the
signing of an agreement on cooperation with the State University of Management
and the All-Russian Sambo Federation are scheduled.
The RUSSIA
EXPO is also hosting a variety of cultural and educational events: workshops on
felt carpet making, playing national folk instruments, Ingush dance, singing,
bas-relief crafts, modern arts and crafts and pottery. There was also a concert
program presented by the collective of the state folk dance ensemble
"Ingushetia" and lectures about the history of the region and
spiritual traditions of the Ingush people.
The Ingush game Dosh and the application for learning the Ingush language SaMott were also presented here. Visitors to the Republic's stand can take part in a virtual journey through mountainous Ingushetia accompanied by a professional tour guide, as well as try their luck in a draw for tourist vouchers.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors. The International RUSSIA EXPO is held at VDNH in Moscow from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host a series of presentations titled "Journey Across Russia's Gastronomic Festivals."
The National Centre RUSSIA today meets the needs of various professional communities for communication and exchange of experience.
During the tour of the expansive exposition, the Chairman of the Government highlighted the significance of the display.
