The two millionth visitor to the RUSSIA EXPO will visit Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP
The two
millionth visitor was registered at the International RUSSIA EXPO. It was Marat
Sabitov from Kazan, who came to VDNH with his wife Maria. They were
congratulated in Pavilion No. 46 "Energy of Life" of the Ministry of
Energy.
ANO
«Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"», the
Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and PJSC RusHydro presented the
couple with a certificate for a tour to the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP - the most
powerful power plant in Russia. It became symbolic for the family from Kazan -
Marat works in the energy sector.
"We
came to the RUSSIA EXPO by invitation. It is grandiose - the traditions of
nations, republics are represented. You live in one city and don't see it all.
Most of all we liked innovative technologies, how our future is
presented," said Marat Sabitov.
The
organizers of the RUSSIA EXPO will support Marat and Maria in every possible
way in organizing the trip, said Olga Binda, Deputy Director General of the ANO
«Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"».
"We are very grateful to our visitors, we
do everything for them. Each winner is a
surprise for us. RUSSIA EXPO is a territory of gratitude and a place where
dreams come true. I hope that your dream has come true," Olga Binda
addressed Marat and Maria.
In addition
to an individual tour to the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP and a visit to Abakan, the
two millionth visitor was given tickets and a three-day stay at a local hotel.
A visit to
the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP will help build pride for Russia, said Alexei
Kulapin, Director General of the Russian Energy Agency of the Russian Ministry
of Energy. "This is Russia's largest hydroelectric power plant, the
largest in terms of green power generation," he emphasized.
It should
be reminded that the millionth visitor to the exposition was Svetlana
Suleimanova from Penza, who came to the Exposition with her husband Salavat and
celebrated her birthday the day before. The family won tickets to the wonderful
ballet The Nutcracker and a trip to Moscow.
The prize - a certificate for the trip - was presented to the winners by
Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition
of Achievements "Russia"».
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. Visitors are presented expositions of 89 regions of Russia, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations.
The exposition will last until April 12. Every day unique cultural and entertainment events and a rich business program, concerts, educational projects, grand openings of new pavilions and presentations are available for visitors. Visiting the Exposition is free of charge.
