Expert from the UAE to present a new perspective on human capital in the economy of the future at the National Centre RUSSIA
Selina Neri (UAE), Co-Founder and Rector of the Future
Readiness Academy and a Visiting Professor at the Skolkovo School of
Management, will take part in the January Expert Dialogues on 30 January at the
National Centre RUSSIA. According to her, unlocking new pathways to global
economic growth and shared prosperity requires a joint search for, creation and
implementation of breakthrough ideas — including through a focus on realising
human potential in the economy of the future.
"In my address, I will focus on the development of
human potential and investment in human capital, and on how people can fully realise
themselves in the new world of work," Selina Neri shared.
The January Expert Dialogues are the first key event of 2026
held as part of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform
for Global Growth". The Open Dialogue was held for the first time in April
2025, bringing together more than 3,000 experts from dozens of countries. The
National Centre RUSSIA’s partner in organising the event is the Intersectoral
Expertise Centre "Third Rome". By decision of the President of Russia,
Vladimir Putin, the Open Dialogue will be held annually.
The programme of the January Expert Dialogues focuses on the
key challenges and megatrends shaping the economy of the future, including
finance, demography, technology and the labour market. The keynote speaker will
be Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian
Federation, Maxim Oreshkin.
