The International RUSSIA EXPO will host a lot of interesting
events on May 21. On the first day of the opening of the festival "Future in
Flowers" guests can expect bright flash mobs, interesting lectures and
masterclasses. Here are the events worth visiting at the Exposition.
Floral Show
Guests of the Exposition will be able to visit an incredibly
beautiful floral show by the All-Russian Public Organization "Community of
Florists of Russia" and floral collection designer Alina Dmitrieva.

Reading of excerpts from the play "The Dawns are Quiet Here"
Guests will be able to see better excerpts from the play
"The Dawns are Quiet Here" performed by actors of the Moscow Theater of the
Moon.

Floristic masterclass
Everyone will be able to learn how to create floral
compositions and learn the main secrets of craftsmanship at the masterclass by
experts from the All-Russian Public Organization "Community of Florists of Russia".

Tournament of vocal-instrumental ensembles "Russia in Flowers"
The tournament of vocal-instrumental ensembles "Russia in
Flowers" will feature groups from the Leningrad, Pskov, Kaliningrad regions and
St. Petersburg. They will perform songs about flowers in modern arrangements.

Lectures from agronomists and members of the Moscow Florists Club
The first lecture "The Magic of Lilac Varieties" will allow
you to learn about the difference and diversity of varieties of one of the most
fragrant shrubs. The next lecture "Variety of Species Roses" will tell about
the first selection of rose species, and the last event "Agricultural
Technology of Variety Lilacs by the Method of Bio-agriculture with the Use of
New Generation Biopreparations STIMICS" will help to learn about the correct
planting and care of lilacs.

Gala Concert "I Love You, Russia, Undiscovered Russia!..."
The concert will be held in the framework of the All-Russian
student literary and musical festival "NOTE in Note". The guests will enjoy
performances of choral groups and a cappella ensembles, vocal and instrumental
numbers, folk music, poetry reading and dance performances.

Masterclass in traditional choreography. Multifigure dances
At the masterclass you will learn the difference between
"metelitsa" and "cadrille", what dances were popular in different regions of
Russia, as well as learn how to perform the basic "knees" of multifigure
dances.

Where: Pavilion No. 84 "House of Culture"
The Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48 invites you to be amazed
by the variety and richness of tastes. Cheeses, sausages, delicacies, Siberian
berry jam, chocolate-covered cones, black and red caviar from all regions of
the country are presented here. You can comfortably get to our Fair by route
No. K, which departs from Pavilion No. 75, as well as from the stop "Northern
Loop", located at the arch of the Main Entrance of VDNH. Pavilion No. 48
is within walking distance from the "City Farm" stop.
