On June 2, the closing ceremony of the Movement of the First Festival, timed to coincide with the International Children's Day, was held at the International RUSSIA EXPO. Street musicians performed on the Main Street Stage, as well as artists such as Habib, Akmal, Amirchik and singer Asiya. More than 360 thousand people visited the festival over the two days.

A rich program awaited the guests. On the first day, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the festival participants. The head of state congratulated all young Russians, parents, grandparents, teachers and mentors on the International Children's Day.

Famous Russian artists took part in the festival's opening ceremony. They included Mia Boyka, Misha Marvin, Rodion Gazmanov and other performers. Also, patriotic songs were performed by the Movement of the First Choir. In addition, the festival's opening ceremony marked the start of the summer health-improvement campaign.

As part of the festival, the guests of the Exposition took part in the Children's Radio disco, where both adults and children could hear songs from cartoons and movies for an hour, as well as dance and take part in interactive activities.

On the first day, the Dreamers' Procession took place from the North Loop to the Exposition's Main Street Stage. It was attended by about two thousand people: regional participants of the Movement, honored guests with children, as well as about 150 foreign guests from more than 40 countries.

On the second day of the Festival, a fashion show of the Ministry of School Fashion of the Movement of the First was held. The guests of the Exposition could hear songs in original performance by the orchestra of the EMERCOM of Russia and witness the poetic intro-performance "Genius", timed to the 225th anniversary of the birth of poet Alexander Pushkin.

In addition, over the two days of the festival, guests could witness the solemn ceremony of handing over passports of the Russian Federation to the participants of the Movement of the First, who have reached the age of 14, within the framework of the campaign "We are the Citizens of Russia".

The Movement of the First Festival took place on June 1 and 2, and became one of the main events of the Days of Childhood at the RUSSIA EXPO. The theme of the festival was the dream and the opportunity for every child in Russia to fulfill their cherished wishes. The festival covered all regions of the country, and the main venue was the RUSSIA EXPO. A rich program with useful masterclasses, family activities and educational games was designed for the participants.
