Festival of National Hospitality to be held at the RUSSIA EXPO
A
large-scale festival of national hospitality "Friendship of Peoples"
will be held at the International RUSSIA EXPO from June 4 to 7. Everyone will
be able to immerse themselves in the history, peculiarities and traditions of
different nations and get acquainted with the beauty of national cultures.
As part of
the "Friendship of Peoples" festival, numerous events will be held
that will introduce guests to history, including the history of fashion. On
July 4, a fashion show "Philosophy of the East" with the
participation of leading designers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan,
Azerbaijan and a number of Russian regions is planned in Pavilion No. 11
"Kazakhstan".
From July 5
to 7, the II International Festival of Culture, Fashion and National
Hospitality "Uzory" ("Patterns") will be held, which will
become a guide on a journey from the origins of ethnic fashion to modern
fashion. Guests will get acquainted with traditions of different nations,
attend masterclasses, speeches by leading experts and shows of designers of
children's, ethnic and modern fashion.
On July 7,
Pavilion No. 57 "Russia" will host a cultural and entertainment
program, which includes international shows of more than 40 designers,
performances by cultural and artistic figures and artists, and the tasting of
the "Friendship of Peoples" bread from the artisanal bakery
"Beloturka".
To immerse
themselves in the world of national music, visitors are welcome in Pavilion No.
66 "Uzbekistan", where the final of the "Ulugbek Fest"
festival will take place from July 4 to 7 with organ music concerts. Pavilion
No. 68 "Armenia" will present the program "Brightness of
Time" with captivating master classes, the touching exhibition
"Victory Memorials Through the Eyes of Children," performances by
artists from the "Camerata Komitas" conservatory, and other
interesting events.

No. 19 "Atom" will host free guided tours, and the Museum of Cinema
will host a film festival "Friendship of Peoples", where the guests
will see films and lectures revealing the diversity of cinematography of the
studios of the Allied Republics of the evacuation period during the Great
Patriotic War.
On July 6
and 7, the all-Russian trick riding competitions for the Kremlin Equestrian
School Cup and the regional trick riding competitions for the Centre of
National Equestrian Traditions Cup will be held at the main circle of the
Centre of National Equestrian Traditions.
At the
sports venue near Pavilion No. 27 "Physical Culture and Sport," there
will be mas-wrestling competitions. This is a new non-contact combat sport
originating from Yakutia, which is now developing throughout Russia.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host a series of presentations titled "Journey Across Russia's Gastronomic Festivals."
The National Centre RUSSIA today meets the needs of various professional communities for communication and exchange of experience.
