At the Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48, you can taste and buy cheese from the Tambov, Vladimir and Tver regions. Cow, goat and sheep milk for them is produced only in ecologically clean areas. And the cheeses themselves are distinguished not only by their amazing taste, but also by special additives: from truffle to pickles.

The family cheese factory from the Vladimir region presents natural hard and semi-hard cheeses. The brand has a particularly interesting line of "fondue-solid". It is a mixture of curd cheeses with cream, butter and cottage cheese, as well as with additives, such as carpaccio, rosemary and tomatoes.

Cheeses from the Tambov region are also a must-try. The local fodder has a special flavor of mixed herbs, which is passed on to the milk. Suppliers are local farmers of the Tambov region. Special attention to the animals, loose keeping and robotic milking help to obtain the highest grade of milk.

Among Tambov cheeses there are especially interesting semi-hard varieties with additives - fried chanterelles, pickles, as well as the famous caciotta aged in Italian wine.

A wide range of cheeses is also presented by the Tver region. The local brand prepares authentic cheeses according to Italian recipes, which will surely be appreciated by gourmets.

It should be reminded that the Farmers Fair also presents delicious meat and fish products. Until March 18, you can try classic sausage according to GOST 1976, raw sausage of natural maturation. And also, real ecologically clean delicacies from elk, beaver, wild boar, bear, grouse, roe deer, Siberian stag and ostrich.

The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area presents its fish products. The assortment includes broad whitefish, whitefish, puffer, peled, smelt and vendace. There is dried fish, salted, of cold and hot natural smoking without dyes and preservatives.

The guests of the RUSSIA EXPO can get there quickly and comfortably by a free bus from the arch of the northern entrance (Pavilion No. 75) to Pavilion No. 48. Schedule: from 10:00 to 13:00, from 14:00 to 20:00. Traffic interval: every 15 minutes.
