Harmony of contrasts: eclectic brands at the Department Store of the National Centre RUSSIA
The Department Store of the National Centre RUSSIA presents
a curated selection of products in an eclectic style. The concept is built on a
dialogue between eras through the work of Russian producers. The space features
the "Rosehip" ("Shipovnik") collection by Dymov Ceramics,
wooden pieces from the family workshop "V Shchepki" ("To
Splinters"), home decor by Lifey Home, as well as woven baskets by artisan
Irina Pankova.
At the heart of this visual story is the "Rosehip"
collection by Dymov Ceramics — an embodiment of the cosy evenings of Suzdal.
Each piece is hand-painted by the manufactory’s artists using a unique
underglaze technique. This ensures artistic value and durability of the design
while filling the home with a sense of warmth, tradition, and handcrafted beauty.
The design pairs easily with any tableware and is suitable both for everyday
dining and special occasions. The collection includes a variety of items: tea
sets, plates (flat, deep, and soup), bowls, creamers, and other tableware
pieces.
Lifey Home is a brand of stylish furniture and home decor.
It offers premium furniture and accessories for those who value elegance,
comfort, and thoughtful design. Inspired by both classical and contemporary
trends, the brand creates collections that help shape a cosy interior. The
Department Store features wooden and wrought-iron candle holders, photo frames,
and ceramic planters.
Traditional weaving in contemporary forms can be found in
the work of artisan Irina Pankova, who carefully crafts baskets, storage boxes,
and trays from artificial wicker. With their organic shapes, natural tones, and
handmade quality, these pieces feel especially warm and authentic.
All the products presented are based on the principles of
authenticity, natural materials, and considered aesthetics. Each brand tells
its own story through form, material, and ornament, bringing tradition together
with contemporary needs.
