On 3 November, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the next event in the "Motherland Is Service" series, part of the nationwide project "What Does the Motherland Begin With?". The meeting will focus on professional development and career growth through the lens of traditional values. Speakers will share their personal experiences of careers shaped by overcoming challenges, taking responsibility, remaining committed to their chosen paths and serving their homeland.

The key speakers will be Ilya Sponyakov, Adviser to the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Hero of the Russian Federation, recipient of the Order of Courage and participant in the "Time of Heroes" personnel programme; Ivan Nikiforchin, Artistic Director of the Moscow State Academic Symphony Orchestra and Chief Conductor of the Academy of Russian Music, and recipient of the Russian President's Prize for Young Cultural Professionals; and Anastasia Grebenkina, an International Master of Sport, multiple winner of international tournaments and head of her own figure skating school.

During the discussion, the speakers will explain how their careers began, which skills and competencies proved essential to their success, and how young people today can realise their talents and potential through major projects of strategic importance to Russia.

The "Motherland Is Service" series tells the stories of people who have established themselves in their professions and made significant contributions not only to their respective fields, but also to the development of the country as a whole. For young audiences, it offers an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into different professions, learn from accomplished professionals and discover the prospects that their chosen career paths can offer. The series is part of the National Centre RUSSIA's original project "What Does the Motherland Begin With?", implemented during the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Registration for the event is available via the link.
