Guests of RUSSIA EXPO will taste Lipetsk kulesh-soup
At the International RUSSIA EXPO the Lipetsk region is set to showcase its achievements in various fields including industry, farming, culture and other sectors of economy. In addition, visitors to the fair will be offered to taste some traditional dishes cooked with locally produced food.
Selection of meals for the exposition menu has been already completed. Among the traditional specialities typical for the Lipetsk region, visitors can taste famous kulesh-soup, small pancakes called bobyshki, governor meatballs, barbecue of two types: with potatoes and lard, pork ribs in Elets beer, saltwart soup with Don ruffe and rasstegai (a typical Russian pie). Their serving arranged in the most convenient way will help visitors have a quick and comfortable bite.
It should be noted that the International RUSSIA EXPO starts at VDNH in Moscow as early as November 4. It will be open till April 12, 2024. Expositions of all the regions are going to present their key accomplishments as well as economic and tourism potential at the fair. Nearly 70 objects located within the area of VDNH will be involved to host the exposition with a total area of over 250,000 square meters. Also, the program of the show will include special days of the regions when visitors can become better acquainted with the life of each subject of the Russian Federation.
More than one hundred representatives from 48 countries gathered in Moscow, at the National Centre RUSSIA, for the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World.
Young tour guides participated in another session of the School of Young Tour Guides.
On April 27, a children's workshop titled "Sugar City" was held in the art class of the architectural exposition "The Birth of Scale" at the National Centre RUSSIA.
