The best tourism and infrastructure projects of the Southern macroregion were presented to the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO
Projects
for the improvement of the embankment, a country park and a mountain eco-resort
were presented at the session of the Southern macroregion "Space of the
Future".
Ivan
Danilov, an individual entrepreneur from the Astrakhan region, presented the
tourist project of the Baklushino Park.
"With
the first stage, which began in September 2023, we have finished bringing
communications and wiring. The second phase of construction ends in July 2024.
We are building 10 houses in barn house format. They will be convenient for all
categories of citizens who will come and feel at home. In 2025, we plan to
build a swimming pool, construct a pier, as well as bathing pools. In addition,
we plan to develop family recreation: we will buy catamarans and boats,"
concluded Ivan Danilov.
In turn,
Irina Podgorova, the chief architect of the infrastructure project to create
public space on the Astrakhan embankment, spoke about the process of
landscaping, noting that this activity will attract not only local residents,
but also tourists.
"For
us it is important to comprehensively improve the embankment, the territory of
which is 14 thousand square meters. Several zones will be located here: a
booking zone, a cafe. We will also add benches, necessary waste disposal
containers and lighting fixtures. As an architect, I believe that this place
should become not only functional, but also aesthetic. A person should walk
through it and enjoy what they see," said Irina Podgorova.
Inver
Kalashaov, director of the OP NAO "Krasnaya Polyana" in the city of
Maykop of the Republic of Adygea, in turn, presented the project of the
mountain eco-resort.
"We
plan to build about 20 kilometers of ski slopes, five cable cars and hotels.
Now the tourist flow is 500 thousand people, and since the construction of the
airport, the number will double. I would like to note that the resort will be
all-season and will create about 2 thousand jobs," emphasized Inver
Kalashaov.
Voting for
the most important, promising, interesting regional projects in the field of
tourism, infrastructure, youth policy and other important areas of regional
development started on the portal достижения.рф (achievements.rf) from April 18. Among the authors of the projects are
representatives of the authorities, the public, students, businesses. More than
200 applications have already been submitted.
The
International RUSSIA EXPO showcases the country's most significant achievements
all in one place. Throughout the duration of the Exposition, guests can enjoy
cultural events, a rich business and educational program. Expositions from 89
regions of Russia, leading federal agencies, corporations and public
organizations are on display. The RUSSIA EXPO has already been visited by over
15 million people. The International RUSSIA EXPO is being held at VDNH in
Moscow from November 4 to July 8.
