Guests of the RUSSIA EXPO were given Fevronkas on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity
On July 8,
on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, the International RUSSIA EXPO held a
"Fevronka" event, where any guest of the Exposition could receive the
main symbol of the holiday - a daisy with white petals.
The Day of
Family, Love and Fidelity is timed to coincide coincides with the feast day of
Saints Peter and Fevronia, a couple that epitomizes family values. This couple
is a perfect example of family values. The symbol of the Day of Family, Love
and Fidelity is a daisy with white petals. It is customary to give bouquets of
these flowers on the holiday.
Today, July
8, the RUSSIA EXPO concludes its work. Since November, it has been visited by
more than 18.5 million people. The International RUSSIA EXPO showcased the
country's major achievements on a single platform. Throughout the Exposition,
guests enjoyed cultural events, as well as a rich business and educational
program. Expositions from 89 regions of Russia, leading federal agencies,
corporations and public organizations were presented to visitors.
On July 1,
President Vladimir Putin signed an order to establish the Russia National
Centre to preserve the Exposition’s legacy and demonstrate the country's
achievements.
The series of educational lectures held as part of the architectural exposition "The Birth of Scale" continues to attract full audiences.
As part of the original educational project of the National Centre RUSSIA "Thursday. Development", a meeting will be held on May 24 dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of Mikhail Sholokhov.
The "Fantastic City" workshop by the HSE University School of Design took place on May 22 in the art classroom of "The Birth of Scale" exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA.
