Mushroom caviar, wild berries and smoked eel: Farmers Fair has been updated
From December 22 to 24 at the Farmers Fair you can taste and buy unique mushroom products from the Moscow region, Arkhangelsk preserves from wild berries, delicious Baltic eel and natural Karelian sweets.
This week Pavilion No. 48 was under reconstruction and the Farmers Fair was inaccessible. But this Friday domestic producers are once again ready to welcome guests and treat them to delicacies for every taste. Be sure to try products from Moscow region farmers, especially mushroom caviar made according to a unique recipe, as well as pickled and dried mushrooms, natural jam and berry sauces for meat.
Fish lovers will definitely not be able to resist eel from the Kaliningrad region. It is a natural product, free from antibiotics and various additives. And hot-smoked eel is a real delicacy cooked according to ancient, traditional recipes.
For dessert farmers prepared a real berry feast: Arkhangelsk gingerbread, marmalade, marshmallows, preserves from wild and cultivated berries - cranberries, cloudberries, cowberries, blueberries and raspberries. Also, at the fair you can try berry products from Karelia: all-natural berry marmalade with reduced sugar content, berry bases for drinks without preservatives, cloudberry jam, berry jelly with seaweed and sugar-free pastila.
The central theme of the meeting was the image of Dagestan in 2030.
Sergei Melikov emphasised that the Government of Russia provides systemic support to the republic in implementing the large-scale Caspian Coastal Cluster project.
The central event of the festival will be an exposition of 59 prototypes of games and toys developed by the contestants in five thematic areas.
