Fish lovers will definitely not be able to resist eel from the Kaliningrad region. It is a natural product, free from antibiotics and various additives. And hot-smoked eel is a real delicacy cooked according to ancient, traditional recipes.
For dessert farmers prepared a real berry feast: Arkhangelsk gingerbread, marmalade, marshmallows, preserves from wild and cultivated berries - cranberries, cloudberries, cowberries, blueberries and raspberries. Also, at the fair you can try berry products from Karelia: all-natural berry marmalade with reduced sugar content, berry bases for drinks without preservatives, cloudberry jam, berry jelly with seaweed and sugar-free pastila.
