Interest in cosmonautics is growing: Yury Borisov opened a youth forum at the RUSSIA EXPO

Yury Borisov, Director General of Roscosmos State Corporation, made a speech at the RUSSIA EXPO. He took part in the opening ceremony of the Industry Forum of Active Youth "Team of the Future".

According to Borisov, space services now dominate almost all spheres of our economy. In his opinion, this may be the reason for the growing interest in the industry.

 "It is gratifying that a lot of young people in these challenging times wish to associate themselves with this romantic, interesting profession - space exploration, providing the economy with necessary services", - said Yuri Borisov, Director General of Roscosmos State Corporation.

The forum began on December 7. Throughout December 8 and 9, young scientists and specialists working in the rocket and space industry will talk about modern developments, scientific and technical achievements in this field. They will additionally discuss the development of professional communication among young scientists.

Thank you for dedicating yourself to such a complex, profound profession despite your youth. Dream, dare - from today dreams start to come true: and especially because of you, because you create our future, our fairy tale", - addressed the participants Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"».

The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. Guests are welcomed with cultural and entertainment events, a rich business and educational program. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors.
