Red salmon yukola and meat smoked with honey and herbs: delicacies that await guests at the Fair
Until the end of the week at the Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48
you can taste delicious fish and meat from the Moscow and Kaluga regions.
Guests will also be able to taste cheeses, dairy products and sweets.
Fans of fish delicacies will surely be delighted with red
salmon yukola - it is an incredibly tasty dried fish, which is very beneficial
due to its high omega content. It takes a long and painstaking process to get
this unique product. First, the backbone is carefully extracted from the
cleaned fish and all the large bones are separated. Then the fish is cut and
hung on ropes in a special chamber. The recipe for cooking red salmon yukola
comes from the Far East: this is how the fish was cooked by local peoples.
For those who appreciate meat delicacies, the Moscow region
brand presents its products, where meat and poultry are smoked according to old
Russian recipes on firewood, and only pickling salt, natural spices, herbs and
honey are used in the marinade. Real farm meat can also be appreciated thanks
to Kaluga farmers. The farm keeps pigs, large and small horned cattle. For
animals there is a vast territory divided into sectors, with comfortable
watering and hay, as well as a pasture. Only in such conditions you can be sure
of the quality of meat products.
You should also definitely try Voronezh gingerbread: with a
unique aroma of spices and bright taste. And "Sazhinsky Gift"
gingerbread will be a great gift for any occasion or without one. They are
created entirely by hand by professional artists-designers, whose skill allows
you to put any image or inscription on the finished product.
In addition, at the fair you can taste a variety of cheeses,
including gourmet aged goat and hard cheeses in spices with pink salt. Visitors
can also enjoy organic dairy products from unique Jersey cows. Their milk has
25% more calcium and 12% more phosphorus than milk from other cow breeds. Such
milk reaches 8% fat content, so cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese are more
healthy, nutritious and, of course, incredibly tasty, tender and flavorful.
We would like to remind you that guests of the RUSSIA EXPO
can quickly and comfortably get to the fair by free bus: from the Northern
Entrance Arch (Pavilion 75) to Pavilion 48. Schedule: from 10:00 to 13:00, from
