Young diplomats visited the "Journey Across Russia" exposition
Schoolchildren
from the supplementary general education programme "Future Diplomat,"
run by the Foreign Languages Learning Centre of the Diplomatic Academy of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, visited the
"Journey Across Russia" exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA.
Thanks to
state-of-the-art interactive technologies, the kids not only explored the
landmarks of our country but also felt the atmosphere of each region, connected
with history and became part of the present of all the regions represented. The
schoolchildren shared their impressions of the expositions.
"The
tour was very interesting. I liked the location with the KAMAZ replica the
most. Inside, there was a 5D cinema where we watched the vehicle assembly
process on the conveyor, and then rode the truck through the desert in Africa.
I also remember the volcano in Kamchatka — I would like to visit it," said
Alexander, one of the pupils.
The
children particularly enjoyed the interactive zones featuring virtual reality, video
content and infographics.
"This
was the most exciting tour I have ever been on. I will definitely recommend
this exposition to my friends. And I will come back again with my
parents," said Anastasia, a pupil.
Admission
to the "Journey Across Russia" exposition is free as part of guided
tour groups, which are formed through advance registration on the russia.ru
website in the "Events" section.
