At the National Centre RUSSIA on March 6, a meeting will be held as part of the "Thursday. Development" series on the topic "Diet for Life: Impact on Body and Beauty." Participants will discuss how nutrition affects health, well-being and appearance, and will also examine the basic principles of a balanced diet.

Experts will explain which foods help maintain energy and improve the overall condition of the body. Special attention will be paid to mindful eating and habits that contribute to long-term health improvement.

Guest arrival — from 18:30 to 19:00. You can register for the event on the website russia.ru, the number of places is limited.

The "Thursday. Development" series includes lectures and discussions on topics of science, culture, art and many others. For example, in February, meetings about science fiction and domestic comics were held at the National Centre. Among them — a lecture by writer and editor Yevgeny Kharitonov and a conversation with representatives of BUBBLE publishing house.
