How nutrition affects health and appearance: a meeting at the National Centre RUSSIA on March 6
At the National Centre RUSSIA on March 6, a meeting will be held as part of the "Thursday. Development" series on the topic "Diet for Life: Impact on Body and Beauty." Participants will discuss how nutrition affects health, well-being and appearance, and will also examine the basic principles of a balanced diet.
Experts will explain which foods help maintain energy and improve the overall condition of the body. Special attention will be paid to mindful eating and habits that contribute to long-term health improvement.

For example, in February, meetings about science fiction and domestic comics were held at the National Centre.
