WOMEN'S BOXING IN THE "SPORT FOR EVERYONE" PAVILION 0+

The "Sport for Everyone" pavilion invites you to the presentation of Lady Boxing. So that together with the guests to debunk the myth that this is an exclusively male sport.

The day will begin with a presentation of the discipline. The guests will learn about trends in women's martial arts and their benefits for the body, experts will help to compose an effective workout and explain the principles of circular functional training, introduce you to biomechanics and its application to the peculiarities of the body.
