The Volga Cuisine gastronomic show will be held at the International RUSSIA EXPO. It will be organized on the Day of Nizhny Novgorod region — on November 26.

Chef Vladimir Korneev will give a masterclass on cooking appetizing mashed potatoes with ginger oil and smoked pikeperch. And his colleague, chef of Nizhny Novgorod restaurant Alexander Golyshev will cook Volga brine catfish with katanka porridge, scrambled eggs and farmer cheese, as well as other dishes.

The dessert will also be presented. Thus, chef Alexander Nikolaenko will prepare a sweet treat — Gorodets gingerbread. You will be able to see the masterclasses from 12:00 to 18:00 in the House of Russian Cuisine pavilion.

It should be reminded that the International RUSSIA EXPO is open from Tuesday through Sunday, Monday is a technical day. The best time to visit is in the mornings and on weekdays, but the exposition is open to everyone on weekends as well. All expositions and events are free of charge.
