Bright and original farmer brands presented their products in Pavilion 48. Guests of the RUSSIA EXPO will be able to taste honey and wild plants, meat and unique probiotic cheeses. For connoisseurs of unusual tastes there are dried plums with salt and aromatic oils with herbs.

This week the Moscow region offers VDNH guests to try honey products from the brand Bees' Daddy (Papa Pchel): natural and ecologically pure honey, feather, pollen, propolis, propolis ointment and even royal jelly. In addition, products from wild plants came to the fair from the region.

And the participants from Kirov region under the brand Tomatlenna offer to try dried tomatoes and plums, which will please with bright and unusual taste and will be a great snack, addition to salads, meat and fish dishes, as well as to pasta and pastries.

It is impossible to imagine the fair without cheeses. This week you can try products from Tatarstan, the Tambov and Vladimir regions. As always, the choice is able to impress even the most satiated cheese lovers. Goat and cow milk varieties, hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses, cheeses with mold, as well as special cheeses on yogurt sourdough.

Meat lovers can taste smoked delicacies cooked according to old Russian recipes on wood. The marinade uses only natural ingredients: salt, natural spices, herbs and honey.
