Truffle cheeses with a light spiciness and a bouquet of truffle flavors, Fouette in white, red and green, Coppa, Filetto, Non-Prosciutto — an amazing range of flavors prepared by producers from the Lipetsk region for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO.
From January 10 to 14 at the Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48 a participant from the Lipetsk region will present its products under the brand name ProVkus. The brand is known for its innovative cheesemaking methods used to create delicious and nutritious delicacies.
The small cheese factory Syrovar Sukharnikov will present handmade craft cheeses: from young soft creamy cheeses to hard cheeses made from goat, cow and sheep milk. The company also prepares unique flavors of cheese desserts in a jar (restaurant serving), cheese candies using Belgian chocolate. Belper Knolle by Syrovar Sukharnikov is characterized by a sprinkling of roasted peppers. Halloumi is cooked according to a real Cypriot recipe. Pesto sauce is made from two types of pine nuts and cashews with the addition of two hard cheeses. You can also get some amazing ghee butter here.
Natural cheeses and dairy products from cow, goat and sheep milk will be offered by the family cheese factory Uezdniy Dar, which is located in the old picturesque historical place of the Vladimir region, the town of Yuryev-Polsky, 154 kilometers from Moscow.
Dairy products from a participant from Kaluga region under the brand Family Farm Grabtsevo will also be presented. This small farm is located in the Kaluga region in the village of Grabtsevo. The cows here eat only natural fodder and graze on lush meadows. All products have a short shelf life and are prepared according to ancient Russian recipes.
