On July 3, the House of Russian Cuisine will host a series of gastronomic masterclasses from participants of the federal project "Gastronomic Map of Russia" focusing on the "Cuisine of the Peoples of Karelia". The Republic of Karelia team will treat guests to dishes and drinks based on Karelia's wild plants.
