Cuisine of the peoples of Karelia – masterclasses and tastings on July 3 at the RUSSIA EXPO
On July 3,
the House of Russian Cuisine will host a series of gastronomic masterclasses
from participants of the federal project "Gastronomic Map of Russia"
focusing on the "Cuisine of the Peoples of Karelia". The Republic of
Karelia team will treat guests to dishes and drinks based on Karelia's wild
plants.

On 6 September, the National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra hosted the first fairy-tale culture festival, "SkazkaFest. Journey Through the Fairy Tales of the Peoples of Russia".
