Volunteers of the National Centre RUSSIA handed more than 1,500 letters to RT war correspondents for participants of the special military operation
As part of the #LetterToAHero campaign, on 18 March — the
anniversary of the reunification of Crimea with Russia — letters addressed to
participants of the special military operation were handed over.
Representatives of the Volunteer Centre and volunteers presented more than
1,500 messages, written by visitors to the space, to RT war correspondents.
The #LetterToAHero campaign was launched on 23 February 2025 during the RT.DOC documentary film festival. In 2025, volunteers handed over more than 4,500 letters to RT war correspondents.
"Each
letter is a piece of warmth from home and sincere gratitude to those who are on
the front line today. We aim to deliver these messages by the fastest
route — through people who work daily in the zone of the special military
operation and personally know many of the servicemen," representatives of
the Volunteer Centre noted.
At the
National Centre RUSSIA, anyone can support the defenders of the Fatherland by
writing a letter with warm words and wishes. Special forms are provided
for this purpose, which are then folded into traditional "front-line
triangles".
The tour guides spoke about the history of the region's development, its natural resources, and its modern achievements.
At the National Centre RUSSIA in Yugra, the exposition "Soulful Defence Industry" has opened as part of the 5th Forum "Patriots of the Urals".
