Quantorium and industrial cluster - January 5 is Donetsk People's Republic Day at the RUSSIA EXPO
On the Day of the Donetsk People's Republic at the RUSSIA EXPO, visitors will get acquainted with the national cuisine, dances and rituals of the Greeks and Urums of the Azov coast, who have preserved their traditions since ancient times. There will also be a meeting with leading Russian war correspondents Alexander Sladkov and Semyon Pegov, and famous journalist Vladimir Solovyov is expected to take part.
Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin will open the Regional Day. During the event, which will be held in the Cultural Projects Zone, the head of the republic will pay special attention to the achievements of the region over the past year and talk about development plans.
Industrial and cultural centers of the DPR are being actively restored. Russian twin towns are helping to provide schools, hospitals, kindergartens and sports schools with everything they need to return back to a peaceful life and new achievements. The children's technology park Quantorium is working in the region, an industrial cluster has been operating since 2023, sports teams are organized, more than 30 sports facilities are being rebuilt and equipped. Road and communal infrastructure facilities are being restored.
During the day, the leading creative teams of the republic will perform for the guests: among them are the honored state academic song and dance ensemble Donbass, soloists of the M. M. Brovun Donetsk State Academic Music and Drama Theater and the Donetsk State Academic Philharmonic Society, artists of the Donetsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
The large-scale event will take place on 8 July, the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, at the National Centre RUSSIA in Moscow.
The National Centre RUSSIA hosted the masterclass "Towards Your Dream: A Success Story and Experience of Working on Camera" as part of the II Video Essay Contest " Dreams of the Future".
A master-meeting with the long-time host of the "Vremya" news programme, Yekaterina Andreyeva, at the National Centre RUSSIA left a lasting impression on participants of the Young Journalists School.
