"Marathon of Exercises" at the RUSSIA EXPO: workout on May 11 with Karina Cherevan
For the fourth week in a row at the International RUSSIA EXPO, the ambassadors of the Healthy Fatherland movement organize mass exercises for everyone.
The next workout will be held on May 11 at 11:00 on the Main Stage under the guidance of Karina Cherevan, Sambo World Cup champion and sports ambassador of the Exposition.
The series of exercises was opened by a workout on April 20, conducted by Olympic champion Nikita Nagorny. It became the largest in Russia — 5,773 people performed exercises simultaneously.
On April 27, the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO exercised under the guidance of Mikhail Koklyaev, eight-time champion of Russia in weightlifting, and on May 4, the workout was conducted by Fyodor Chudinov, Russian professional boxer, Merited Master of Sport of Russia, current WBA Gold champion. A total of 10 such exercises with star hosts are planned.
