Marat Khusnullin took part in the "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA" forum at the National Centre RUSSIA
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin took part on 22 April in the second All-Russian Municipal Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA," which is being held at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the event addressed the development of cities and villages: housing, roads, public utilities, urban improvement, and new opportunities for people.
"Municipal leaders gathered at the forum — those who work directly with the population and implement national projects. The well-being of people largely depends on their work. I am confident that such events contribute to improving quality of life and to the country’s overall development," emphasized Marat Khusnullin.
The All-Russian Municipal Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA" is one of the most important events for all municipalities across the country. This annual event is held by order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to discuss current issues related to the development and support of municipalities.
About four thousand people from all regions of the country are taking part in the forum: representatives of local self-government, federal and regional authorities, businesses, public organizations, and experts. Participants exchange experience, share successful practices, and develop solutions to various pressing issues aimed at improving the quality of life in municipalities.
The forum is organized by the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government (VARMSU) with the support of the Executive Office of the President of the Russian Federation.
