Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and RT TV channel, visited the RUSSIA EXPO on the Krasnodar Region Day and told the visitors about her professional path. According to her, the secret of success is strong motivation.
"To build a good career, you either have to want it very badly or need it very badly. I, on the one hand, really wanted to make a career - I love the profession I am engaged in. At the same time, I also wanted to succeed in order to get my family out of the circumstances in which I grew up: I come from a very poor family, it was just painful for me to see my mother walking around in stomped boots. But the most important thing is that you have to live by your profession!" — emphasized Margarita Simonyan at the RUSSIA EXPO.
According to Margarita Simonyan, another important component for self-realization in the profession is reading - you need to read a lot. The RT editor-in-chief talked about her vacation in the Krasnodar region and her large family, as well as presented her new book and held an autograph session.
Its central theme was the development of visual culture through educational projects, public spaces and new approaches to environmental design.
