Maria Zakharova: "Preparations for the RUSSIA EXPO are in full swing"
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova spoke about the restoration of the VDNH. It is here that the International RUSSIA EXPO will be held.
Recently Maria Zakharova spent several hours at the VDNH. The diplomat attended a sightseeing tour and appreciated the changes that have taken place here in recent years. According to Zakharova, the exposition grounds now look grandiose.
"Now everything has been restored: the concept, expositions, landscape. Preparations for the RUSSIA EXPO, which will be opened on November 4, are in full swing. In the cold season I’ll be inspecting pavilion after pavilion. Who is with me?" — emphasized the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in her Telegram-channel.
Earlier the diplomat has already invited everyone to the exposition and told what program is planned for guests.
Exactly one year ago, on 4 September 2025, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, opened the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Vladivostok.
On 4 September, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted a new meeting in the "Motherland Is People" series, titled "Our Values", as part of the All-Russian project "What Does the Motherland Begin With?".
The National Centre RUSSIA branch in the Khabarovsk Territory, the Friendship of Peoples Park and tourism infrastructure will become important elements in the development of Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island.
