Maslenitsa in the House of Russian Cuisine — masterclasses and tastings on March 14
On the people's favorite spring holiday, the House of Russian Cuisine has prepared a gastronomic performance by chefs of the Altai region accompanied by the folklore ensemble "Yarmanka for the guests of the RUSSIA EXPO, as well as culinary masterclasses and tastings of fish dishes.

GASTRONOMIC PERFORMANCE SUPPORTED BY THE FEDERAL AGENCY FOR FISHERY AND THE POLLOCK FISHERMEN'S ASSOCIATION:
- Rillettes of pollock on rye pancakes
- Fried eel on a bed of mashed potatoes with sesame seeds and onion-cream sauce with pollock caviar
- Cod marinated with vegetables and fermented garlic
- Lace pancakes with pollock caviar and smoked sour cream;
- Salad with pollock liver, potatoes, carrots, semi-hard cheese and pollock caviar with smoked mayonnaise;
- Pollock balls with pollock liver in cream sauce with field mushrooms and mashed potatoes with green onions.
