"The scale is impressive": participants of the "Routes of Victory" programme visited the "Journey Across Russia" exposition
The
National Centre RUSSIA became the first stop on the route for participants of
the tourism programme "Routes of Victory." During the guided tour,
visitors explored the large-scale "Journey Across Russia" exposition,
which showcases the cultural, natural and historical diversity of all federal
districts of the country.
The
exposition is divided into eight thematic zones, each dedicated to one of the
federal districts — from the Far East to the North-West. Visitors can not only
explore the key achievements of each region but also immerse themselves in the
atmosphere using VR technologies, interactive installations and photo zones.
The tour concludes in the digital "Heart Zone," where every guest can
leave a message and share their impressions.
One of the tour
participants was Yelena Godunova from Novosibirsk — a winner of the contest
held as part of the "Routes of Victory" project. When her relatives,
Liliya and Nikita Lukyanovich from Belarus, found out about the trip, they
decided to join the route.
"The
scale is impressive. The expositions are well thought out, and each federal
district is presented in its own unique way. Some locations are interactive.
The children wanted to touch everything. Our youngest participant was thrilled
— he was allowed to interact with some elements and play," Yelena Godunova
shared.
Liliya
Lukyanovich travelled to Russia from Brest, Belarus, but she herself is
originally from Siberia.
"I was
very happy to learn more about my homeland, to see how vast, modern and rich
Russia is in terms of achievements across all its regions. The entire
exposition left a lasting impression," said Liliya Lukyanovich.
The
"Routes of Victory" project is implemented by the National Centre
RUSSIA in cooperation with the National Exposition Centre "BelExpo"
and is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic
War. Its aim is to preserve the memory of the Soviet people's heroism, unite
generations and spark interest in studying history.
As part of
the route, participants will also visit the Kremlin, the Museum of Music, the
Victory Museum, and other significant landmarks in Moscow and the Moscow region
connected with heroic events of the past.
