The workshop "Genetic Code of Beauty: Secrets of Women’s Health Through the Centuries" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA
Ahead of International Women’s Day on 8 March, the National Centre RUSSIA invites guests to a special meeting dedicated to women’s health, beauty and culinary traditions. The workshop "Genetic Code of Beauty: Secrets of Women’s Health Through the Centuries" will take place in the Gastronomic Rows of the centre. Experts will demonstrate how simple products familiar from childhood can become the foundation of a healthy and truly delicious diet.
Why is turnip healthier for us than exotic fruits? Which dish in the past was called the "king of the table"? What habits help maintain women’s health for many years, and how are traditional recipes connected with this? Guests of the workshop will hear the answers to these and other questions from nutritionist Maria Pavitskaya and chef Tatyana Travnikova.
The speakers will explain the principles of balanced nutrition, share traditional cooking techniques and demonstrate how they can be adapted to the rhythm of modern life. Particular attention will be given to what and how can be prepared at home without sacrificing either flavour or nutritional value.
"We have prepared a very interesting, delicious and, most importantly, healthy programme. I guarantee it as a nutritionist! Be sure to come," invited Maria Pavitskaya.
The practical part will take place directly in the Gastronomic Rows: guests will see how dishes made from simple and accessible ingredients can become part of a family menu. After the workshop, participants will be able to taste slow-cooked poultry in its own juices with root vegetables and aromatic herbs, oat and cranberry kissel, and a baked apple.
"On the eve of the wonderful women’s holiday, we will talk about proper nutrition and how everything can and should be prepared at home. Of course, I will share recipes for preparing dishes and will gladly answer all your questions," said Tatyana Travnikova.
The workshop "Genetic Code of Beauty: Secrets of Women’s Health Through the Centuries" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA on 6 March in the Gastronomic Rows space. Participation is free with prior registration.
