Mashuk, Senezh and Meganom: unique educational centers presented at the RUSSIA EXPO
Three year-round educational centers were presented during the profile day "Youth Russia": Mashuk Knowledge Center, Senezh Management Workshop and Meganom Academy of Creative Industries.
"The things we will be proud of 20, 30 or 50 years into the future in reality depend on how boldly the youth of Russia dreams today. After all, people from all over the country will gather again for such an exposition, and they will be proud of what you dream of today. Not only your success, but also the success and competitiveness of the country depends on the scale of your dream.
Today there are already 4 year-round educational centers in Russia, 27 forums, each of them with 10-15 people competing for a place - these are already the best of the best. But for those who want to move forward and develop, by the decision of the President, a whole system of year-round educational centers has been created. And very soon 12 year-round competence centers will be launched, dedicated to entrepreneurship, sports, journalism, and ecology - without restrictions.
Not so long ago, the VTSIOM data were published; in 6 years, the share of those who believe that young people in Russia have the opportunity to realize themselves has grown from 34% to 81%. And most importantly, everything that the President, the leadership of the country and the regions are doing today they are doing for you. These are your opportunities, because Russia today is a country of these opportunities. Any difficult time of changes and trials is a time of opportunities," said First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko.
During the show "Only in Russia" its viewers got acquainted with the activities of the centers. Sergei Pershin, Head of the Meganom Academy, Anton Serikov, Director General of the Mashuk Knowledge Center, and Andrei Betin, Rector of the Senezh Management Workshop, spoke about the programs, achievements and ambitious goals set by the teams of each of the centers.
Stage sets and special effects, choir and vocalist performances, ballet productions - all this made the show a fascinating journey. The audience was transported to the picturesque shore of Lake Senezh, where the Management Workshop trains a new generation of leaders, to the foot of Mount Mashuk, where the Knowledge Center teaches those who teach, to the Black Sea coast to Cape Meganom, where creative industry figures from all over the country work together to create a new cultural context.
Such educational centers exist only in Russia. And visitors to the Youth Day at the RUSSIA EXPO have already learned about it. Now the representatives of the international community will also be able to see it - the presentation was a preview of the big show "Only in Russia", which will premiere at the World Youth Festival in Sirius in March 2024.
The first event to be held at the Russia National Centre, which is being established by the order of President Vladimir Putin, will be the International Science Fiction Symposium and Exhibition "Inventing the Future". The symposium will take place from November 4 to 6.
Tomorrow, the International RUSSIA EXPO will conclude its work. From November 2023 to July 2024, it was visited by more than 18 million guests.
Every day, for eight months, the RUSSIA EXPO delighted guests and gave unforgettable emotions.
