Dreams turned into reality: tours of the exposition "Legacy for the Future" at National Centre RUSSIA
The
National Centre RUSSIA is open to everyone who wants to spend time productively
and enjoyably. Weekends are a great opportunity to include an exciting journey
into the world of dreams, creativity, and scientific discoveries.
The
Centre's guide, Evgeny Artemenkov, invites visitors to free tours that may
become a true revelation.
"We will visit the Library of the Future, look at the ideas offered by the dreamers of the past, move into the Hall of Inventions, and see how dreams from the pages of books have turned into inventions by our scientists. And at the end, we will take a stroll through the Gallery and get to know the fascinating works of young artists. Be sure to come; it will be captivating!" said Evgeny Artemenkov.
The
exposition "Legacy for the Future" at National Centre RUSSIA has
captured special attention from visitors. It is divided into chapters, the
first of which is dedicated to the continuity of scientific ideas and
achievements. In the "Library of the Future," visitors can encounter
works that inspired the dreamers of the past, while in the "Hall of
Inventions," they can learn how these ideas transformed into real
technologies.
The second
chapter of the exposition offers a look at contemporary art. It features works
by young artists from Russia, China, India, Brazil, Ethiopia, and Iran — over
250 pieces in various techniques, ranging from painting to video art.
The central
piece of the exposition is the sculpture "Son of the Earth" by
Chinese artist Dong Shubing. This work serves as a reminder of the importance
of caring for nature and taking responsibility for future generations.
The
National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian
Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA
EXPO and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a
permanent basis. Federal government agencies, state companies, corporations,
and regions take part in the Centre’s work.
The
National Centre RUSSIA is located at 14 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow.
The Centre is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host a series of presentations titled "Journey Across Russia's Gastronomic Festivals."
The National Centre RUSSIA today meets the needs of various professional communities for communication and exchange of experience.
