A place where you want to live: Lipetsk region presented its achievements at the RUSSIA EXPO

Orchestra opened the Day of the Lipetsk Region at the RUSSIA EXPO. The region's
achievements in tourism, sports, and agriculture were presented by the Governor
of the region Igor Artamonov.
"The Lipetsk region is one of the youngest regions of the country and one of the smallest. But the Lipetsk land is not just borders on the map. It is achievements that people create. Lipetsk people have always proved that they can be relied on, that they are part of the Russian land, part of the Russian world, part of a great country. The region successfully fulfills all the assignments of the President of Russia and national projects. Thanks to them, the Lipetsk region is becoming a place where you want to live and work", - said Igor Artamonov, Governor of the Lipetsk region.
The special
economic zone Lipetsk tops the rating of economic zones in Russia. Russia's
first electric car factory was opened in region. Every fourth electric car sold in
the country is from Lipetsk. The region was included in the top 10 domestic
tourism destinations. Kudykina Gora Park is among the top 5 best art parks in
the country.
The Lipetsk
region is the only region in the country where all settlements with a
population of more than 500 people have high-speed Internet. More than 96% of
households in the region have access to digital services. In addition, it is
the only region in Russia where every neighborhood has a swimming pool - 58 of
them in total.
On the
instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a military-patriotic camp
Vanguard has been established in the Lipetsk region - thousands of high school
students take part in training camps. The region hosts Russia's largest
international festival of historical reconstruction Rusborg.
Visitors to
the exposition learned about the gastronomic culture of the region. At
masterclasses and tastings, guests tasted New Year's goose, cheese balls served
with Lebedyanskaya sour cream, and archaeological tea. Sergey Kurbatov,
Vice-Governor of the Lipetsk Region, treated visitors to kundyumy with lamb
sous-vide with honey.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host a series of presentations titled "Journey Across Russia's Gastronomic Festivals."
The National Centre RUSSIA today meets the needs of various professional communities for communication and exchange of experience.
During the tour of the expansive exposition, the Chairman of the Government highlighted the significance of the display.
