The RUSSIA EXPO announced fundraising for residents of the Belgorod region
The International RUSSIA EXPO announced the beginning of the campaign "Belgorod, Our Hearts are with You" and fundraising for residents affected by shelling. Today the residents of Belgorod region show fortitude and courageously resist all attempts to disturb the peace and tranquility.
"We all know how important it is to feel support in difficult moments. That is why the RUSSIA EXPO, which has united the whole country, calls on everyone to respond and not to stay aside, to help the residents of Belgorod and the Belgorod region," emphasized Natalia Virtuozova, Director General the RUSSIA EXPO.
Funds are collected on the accounts of the public organization "Holy Belogorye against Childhood Cancer". The assistance will be allocated to cover the costs of treatment and rehabilitation of citizens affected by the shelling in the Belgorod region. In January,
as part of the Day of the Belgorod Region, a campaign to support the region's
residents was held at the RUSSIA EXPO. In response to the shelling the
residents of the region are suffering from, the Exposition Directorate,
representatives of the regions, and visitors supported the Belgorod region with
tulips and heart-shaped postcards.
The
International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country
gathered in one place. Throughout the Exposition, cultural events, a rich
business and educational program await the guests. The expositions of 89
Russian regions, leading federal agencies, corporations and public
organizations are presented to the visitors. More than 12 million people have
already visited the Exposition. The International RUSSIA EXPO takes place at
VDNH in Moscow from November 4 to July 8.
The large-scale "Journey Across Russia" project will launch at the National Centre RUSSIA on March 1.

From February 21 to 23, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the III International Documentary Film Festival "RT.DOC: The Time of Our Heroes."
