The International Symposium "Inventing the Future" hosted by the National Centre RUSSIA received the annual professional award of Russia’s event industry, the EFEA AWARDS.

The award ceremony took place on January 23 as part of the XIV Eurasian Event Forum's gala reception. The winners were determined based on an analysis of publications in Russian media, where forums, expositions, congresses, festivals, event organizers, and venues were mentioned.

During the Symposium, which became the first event of the National Centre RUSSIA, over 1,000 newsworthy topics were generated. More than 16,000 publications about the Symposium were released in Russian and foreign media, with a total reach of over 500 million readers. On social media, information about the Symposium reached approximately two billion followers.

The program of the Symposium included over 80 events attended by 6,000 participants from 101 countries.

In 2025, the EFEA AWARDS honored companies and projects at both federal and regional levels in various categories. The "Inventing the Future" Symposium of the National Centre RUSSIA was awarded in the category "Discovery of the Year."

We are pleased to announce that the Symposium is now a regular event of the National Centre RUSSIA. Stay tuned for updates, and see you at the II International Symposium "Inventing the Future" in October 2025.
