Michelin cheeses, wild fish and craft chocolate: treats the Farmers Fair has in store for its guests
From February 6 to 11, participants from
Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as from the Orel, Lipetsk and Yaroslavl
regions will present their products in Pavilion 48. Guests of the RUSSIA EXPO
will be able to buy cheese, meat products, smoked fish, as well as honey and
chocolate.
Sweets can be not only tasty, but also
healthy. Especially when it comes to natural honey. This is exactly what you
can try at the fair. This week the Dalinskie Apiaries brand presents its
products, and their honey has a special texture: smooth and delicate, as well
as a saturated and rich flavor.
Quality chocolate - a source of
antioxidants - will also be beneficial. Moscow brand Sweet House works on the
technology "bean to bar" - from a bean to a bar of chocolate. This
means quality control at every stage of production. All chocolate is made only
from natural products of vegetable origin. The line includes both classic
recipes and unexpected combinations of flavors and textures that will
definitely please gourmets.
Those who prefer sausage and smoked fish
instead of sweets will not be disappointed as well. Meat processing plant
Kuzminki will present natural cooked, semi-smoked and raw-smoked sausages, as
well as pates, semi-finished products and meat jellies. And hereditary master
of smoking Igor Tsygankov will present his unique product - wild fish naturally
smoked on cherry wood chips.
And, of course, no fair week can do without cheese. Private Cheese Factory № 1 brought its handmade products: cheeses with blue and white mold, hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses with a variety of flavors.
Another participant, the Stone Belt brand, specializes exclusively in hard and semi-hard cheeses. When developing cheeses, the company's technologists were inspired by family cheese factories in Parma. The company's products have won many medals in Russian and international competitions, and have also been recognized by Michelin chefs.
The Farmers Fair can be reached by a freebus that runs from the North Entrance Arch (Pavilion No. 75) to Pavilion No.
48.
Schedule: from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.
