Youth from post-Soviet countries will visit the RUSSIA EXPO as part of the NPO "Eurasia" projects
Young
people from Uzbekistan and Moldova came to Moscow for the projects of the
non-profit organization "Eurasia" — "Get to Know Russia"
and "Ambassadors of the Friendship of Peoples". Under the "Get
to Know Russia" program, young people from post-Soviet countries
participate in excursion tours to Moscow: they visit the capital's main
attractions — Red Square and Alexandrovsky Garden, offices of major companies -
VK, Sber, Yandex, Skolkovo Technopark, leading universities of Russia, as well
as the International RUSSIA EXPO. In total, more than 500 kids from
different countries have already visited VDNH under NPO programs.
On July 7
at 12:30, at the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion No. 75, young people will visit the
stands of Russian regions, as well as the gallery "Achievements of
Russia". In addition, during the tour, the group will talk to
Anastasia Zvyagina, Deputy Director General of the Exposition.
"Ambassadors of the Friendship of Peoples" is a
project aimed at strengthening cultural and business ties between the peoples
of post-Soviet countries. The children participate in NPO events, immerse
themselves in the original culture of partner states and expand their social
circle.
NPO "Eurasia" is a non-profit organization that
implements humanitarian projects aimed at the development of interethnic
communication. The goal of the non-profit organization is to strengthen
integration processes in the post-Soviet space while preserving the national
identity of peoples. One of the main directions of "Eurasia" NPO is to
support schoolchildren, students and young specialists. The projects include
educational programs, exchanges, internships in large state and private
high-tech companies, media schools.
The "Eurasia" project also includes professional
platforms and forums for school and university teachers, participation of
athletes in international competitions such as the Friendship Games, grants for
journalists and bloggers, business missions to sell products and find partners
for entrepreneurs, and support for projects in the field of historical and
cultural preservation.
The integration of special military operation veterans into peaceful life and the interaction between regions and municipalities were discussed as part of the Forum "SMALL HOMELAND – THE STRENGTH OF RUSSIA".
The second All-Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland – the Strength of Russia" is taking place at the National Centre RUSSIA.
