“We see how multi-vector Russia's policy is today”: “GosStart.Dialogue” with Inna Svyatenko was held at the RUSSIA EXPO
Inna
Svyatenko, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation,
held an open meeting at the lecture hall of the Russian Society “Knowledge” at
the RUSSIA EXPO. She spoke about her own path in the civil service, shared her
career-building tips and emotions from the recent inauguration of Russian
President Vladimir Putin.
In the
question-and-answer format, Inna Svyatenko discussed the opportunities for
self-realization of young people in Russia, and talked about her work in the
Moscow City Duma. Inna Svyatenko is the only senator who is a current member of
the Moscow City Parliament.
“Youth is a
powerful charge of positivity and energy, and your fresh and modern outlook
helps to consider issues in different ways and find innovative solutions. I am
glad that so many enthusiastic young people gathered here today, despite the
weather. I see that we are like-minded on many issues, including a common
vision of Russia's youth policy. I am sure that with such active future civil
servants, the regions will develop in step with the times,” Inna Svyatenko,
Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, addressed
the audience.
The guests
of the dialogue were more than 200 young civil servants, students of
specialized universities, public figures, members of the Chamber of Young
Legislators under the Federation Council and the Youth Parliament under the
State Duma.
“I came to
the meeting today with a sense of sincere admiration. It is important that Inna
Yurievna is a person who has been involved in lawmaking for many years. It is
interesting to hear first-hand about ideas, how a lawmaking norm is born, what
path a civil servant goes through. Such open meetings give a lot of
inspiration,” said Vladimir Ishonin, a student of the Military University of
the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
