"#TOGETHER we can do more": a new family was born at the RUSSIA EXPO
A solemn
marriage ceremony "#TOGETHER we can do more" took place at the RUSSIA
EXPO. The bride and groom - Artem and Valeria - despite the distance that
sometimes separates them, overcome difficulties together and enjoy happy
moments, supporting each other in everything. After all, the couple is sure
that together they can do much more.
Valeria is
engaged in organizing events aimed at the development of volunteerism in
Russia, and is also a volunteer of the All-Russian campaign of mutual
assistance #WEARETOGETHER. Artem is a defender of the Motherland and now also
of his young family, the birth of which took place at the Exposition in front
of numerous friends and guests.
"We
met back in our school days. In the eighth grade we were put at the same desk,
but I told the class teacher that I would not sit with Artem at the same desk.
Then they set up another boy with me, I sat with him for a week, and then said:
"No, can I have Artem back, please?" Since then, Artem and I have
been sitting together," that is how Valeria told the story of meeting her
husband.
When asked
how the happy young husband realized that his beloved is the only one he is
ready to create a family with, Artem answered briefly but meaningfully:
"The heart told me".
The birth
of a new family at the RUSSIA EXPO was a momentous and memorable event for all
the guests of the ceremony and, of course, for the newlyweds themselves.
"We
are very happy to have become a part of such a large event by tying the knot at
the RUSSIA EXPO. After all, not only my place of work is connected with this
Exposition: Artem and I also spent time here at VDNH very often in all
seasons", - said Valeria.
The
ceremony was attended by guests of honor - State Duma deputy Alexander
Tolmachev, Russian businessman, musician and public figure Andrei Kovalev and
the head of "Rosmolodezh.Goodness" Yulia Ustinova. With sincere
wishes of family happiness they presented wedding gifts to the young people.
On behalf
of the ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"»
the newlyweds were congratulated by the project manager Yulia Stoyanova:
"You have everything you need to start a happy family life: the bride has
a beautiful kind heart, the groom has a strong character. I wish for everything
to work out in your life, for you to overcome all difficulties together and
your love to grow stronger and stronger every year".
A special atmosphere to the wedding ceremony was given by a funny life-size doll Cat, who also came on stage to congratulate the newlyweds. And not for nothing, because this charming fluffy symbol of goodness was created as a result of one of the creative competitions from the direction of "Rosmolodezh.Goodness" in 2023, and Valeria was actively involved in its organization.
The wedding ceremony ended with the solemn handover to the newlyweds of an icon-lamp with fire from the All-Russian Family Hearth "Heart of Russia", which was lit at the RUSSIA EXPO as part of the launch of the Year of the Family.
Dear guests! March 24, 25, and 26 will be technical maintenance days at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The masterclass "Floating Structure" will take place on March 22 at 12:00 and 14:00 as part of the educational program of the exposition "The Birth of Scale."
