The flag of the International RUSSIA EXPO was set up on the border with the USA
The flag of the International RUSSIA EXPO was delivered to Chukotka and planted on the Ratmanov Island (Big Diomede Island), the easternmost point of the Russian Federation, on the border with the USA.
The distance from Ratmanov Island to Kruzenstern Island (Little Diomede Island, USA, Alaska) is about 4 kilometers. Thus, the flag of the RUSSIA EXPO is set directly on the border of our country with America. The footage taken on Ratmanov Island shows Kruzenstern Island and the mainland of the State of Alaska.
Earlier, the flag of the RUSSIA EXPO was unfolded on the International Space Station and Elbrus, Russia's highest mountain peak.
The expert was Vadim Ampelonsky, Development Director at Synergy Corporation, journalist, PR specialist and strategic communications expert.
The Forum of Geography Teachers and Students of Specialised Universities was held at the National Centre RUSSIA on 25 June. It brought together more than 800 participants from all federal districts.
