The key strategies for Russia’s technological progress were identified at the "IT Trends 2030" summit
Ensuring
the country's technological leadership will require domestic enterprises to
move toward creativity. This was stated by Yevgeny Chereshnev, General Director
of the MTS Future Crew Innovation Centre, at the "Development Summit: IT
Trends 2030" in the National Centre RUSSIA.
"To
create new competitive advantages, someone must think about unsolvable
problems. These will be talented engineers capable of producing unique
solutions. By exploring different hypotheses, they will turn them into real,
functioning products," Yevgeny Chereshnev believes.
The expert
also shared his personal recipe for achieving success in a competitive
environment with the summit participants.
"To
remain competitive, I recommend doing simple yet essential things. First, read
more. However, you don’t need to read everything; choose what people in the
field you want to make a breakthrough in are reading. Second, step outside your
comfort zone: make unconventional search queries, take new training courses. I
suggest at least four courses a year. For instance, if you are a marketer,
study programming; if you are a programmer, start learning psychology. Why? I
can’t give you a rational answer, but if you want to make a breakthrough,
expanding your knowledge in this way is essential," noted Yevgeny Chereshnev.
