The tourism potential of the Angara region will be presented at the International RUSSIA EXPO. Guests of the stand can win a trip to Baikal.

The region is preparing a large program dedicated to the tourist opportunities of the Irkutsk region for the exposition. Presentation of tourist potential, business events and meetings with regional tour operators are planned. The visitors to the stand will also be introduced to tourism.

«There will be a raffle of a tourist voucher to Baikal, which is a comprehensive tourist product, 12 more vouchers for accommodation, excursions and other services will also be raffled», — said the head of the Regional Tourism Agency of the Irkutsk region Evgenia Naidenova.

The key task of the exposition is to present the unique region so that every visitor to the exposition would want to come and see the legendary Baikal with their own eyes.

It should be reminded that more than half a million tourists visited the Irkutsk region this summer. Olkhon Island, Bolshoye Goloustnoye settlement, Big Baikal Trail, Listvyanka settlement, Baikalsk town and Circum-Baikal Railway are the most popular destinations.
