The pavilion of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has started its work at the RUSSIA EXPO
Pavilion of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation "Army to Children. City of Professions. The Future of the Country" has started its work at the RUSSIA EXPO in VDNH in Moscow.
"Our guests will be able to get acquainted with the main areas of activity of the Russian military department, try themselves in various military specialties, and possibly decide on their future profession. We are confident that our site will take its rightful place in the International RUSSIA EXPO and will become a favorite place for its guests, including our youngest visitors", — said Timur Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, who was present on the first day of the pavilion's opening.
The pavilion consists of a quest zone and an exposition space with a large number of interactive exhibits. Guests will be able to visit the "Command Post" with a panoramic screen, the interactive zone "Medicine" where masterclasses on first aid will be held.
In the "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" sector, young visitors will be able to learn how to operate drones, first on a simulator complex, and then in practice on a specially equipped platform.
The pavilion's exposition also includes the "Military Education of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation" sector, the "Smart" classroom of the Suvorov Military School with a system of "smart" desks and automated learning process, programming and esport laboratories, and the "Professions of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation" zone.
Visitors to the exposition can get acquainted with modern innovative approaches that are used in the educational institutions of the Defence Ministry, take an interactive test and choose a military profession, as well as an educational institution where it can be obtained.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. Throughout the entire period of the exposition, guests will be welcomed with cultural and entertainment events, a rich business and educational program. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors. The exposition will run at VDNH in Moscow until April 12.
