Further development of civil society was discussed at the RUSSIA EXPO
On June 13,
Pavilion No. 75 hosted the panel discussion "Civil Society: Achievements
and Development Plans", where the creation of a platform for interaction
and experience exchange between public and non-profit organizations, as well as
volunteers, was discussed.
Participants
included representatives from the executive and legislative branches, as well
as heads of charitable foundations. The discussion was moderated by Vladimir
Vayner, Director of the Gladway Foundation for the Development of Media
Projects and Social Programs.
State Duma
Deputy, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy and Chairman of
the Council of the Dobro.ru Association, Artem Metelev, spoke about the
organization, highlighting its high level of digitalization.
"For
us, there are no personal goals; we work solely for the benefit of our state's
development. This, in my opinion, is the productive key to the development of
civil society," stated Artem Metelev.
In turn,
Yakov Samokhvalov, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Khanty-Mansi
Autonomous Area - Yugra, shared the regional experience of implementing the
"Dobrino" program.
"Our
mission is to change the behavioral norms of social relationships through
advanced training and working with the values of opinion leaders and employees
of the civil society development institute. We have online courses, in-person
forum programs, acceleration programs, in-person seminars and lectures, and the
development of comprehensive programs. I would like to note that 800 people
have already undergone training under the 'Dobrino' program. Among them, about
60% are graduates of educational and outreach programs who have entered the
post-support system," said Yakov Samokhvalov.
He added
that this program helps to develop mature and responsible citizens of their
Motherland.
