Theatrical festivals of the Tambov region were presented at the RUSSIA EXPO
On June 25, at the International RUSSIA EXPO, a presentation of theatrical festivals that annually take place in the Tambov region was held.
Artists from the Tambov State Puppet Theater introduced the international festival of puppet theaters "Legends of Olden Days". Artists from the Michurinsk Drama Theater presented the International Festival "In the Homeland of Vladimir Zeldin".
The artists of the Tambov State Academic Drama Theater, awarded with the Order of Honor, talked about the Interregional Theater Festival named after N.Kh. Rybakov, while artists from the Tambov Youth Theater presented the open festival of youth theatrical groups "Vivat, Theater!"
The presentations of the festivals were unified by a single directorial concept. On screens in the forms and colors of this stylistic approach, video content about the theatrical festivals held throughout the year in the Tambov region was broadcasted.
The main theme of the presentation storyline was taken from Vladimir Mayakovsky's satirical play "The Bathhouse" and involved the launching of a time machine that would help "the builders of theatrical life" see the theaters of Tambov and attend their festivals. When the time machine was launched for the first time, the "builders" received invitations to the festivals, which were presented by theater artists through materials from performances that participated in festival programs and received awards. This included excerpts, monologues, songs and dance-plastic etudes.
The event brought together 150 participants, including teachers of Russian and other languages of the peoples of Russia, students from media classes, and members of literary clubs from Moscow and other regions.
One of the key topics on the second day was caring for schoolchildren's health, emotional wellbeing and safety.
