The best rural teachers awarded at the RUSSIA EXPO
The RUSSIA EXPO hosted an award ceremony for education
workers in rural areas. Seventy-five employees of this sector from all over the
country were awarded with the Minister's Gratitude.
"The development of rural areas is an important
strategic direction. The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia pays special
attention to this work. Today, new schools and kindergartens are being built in
rural areas under the state program "Integrated Development of Rural
Areas", their comprehensive renovation is being carried out. We thank you
for the work you do with honor and dignity, showing care and love to each
pupil. In its turn, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia will continue to work
on modernization of educational institutions," emphasized the Deputy
Director of the Department of Rural Areas Development of the Ministry of
Agriculture of the Russian Federation Vitaly Platonov in his congratulatory
message.
Marina
Demidova, a biology and chemistry teacher of Kirov regional state budgetary
general education institution "Secondary School with Advanced Study of
Selected Subjects in Sanchursk settlement" from Kirov region, received a
well-deserved award today. She has been in the profession for 28 years,
she loves her work, her school, her team and the kids very much.
"Our pride among the subjects is our agro-class. Besides,
there is a scientific society of pupils in the school. We participate in
profile competitions, such as "AgroNTRI", "Agroprofi". This
award is very unexpected and pleasant for me. When you receive an award you
realize that the work we do has not gone unnoticed," she said.
The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important
achievements of the country gathered in one place. During the entire time of
the exposition, guests are welcomed by cultural events, a rich business and
educational program. The expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal
agencies, corporations and public organizations are presented to the visitors.
On 9 April, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation, Botirjon Asadov, visited the National Centre RUSSIA.
At the National Centre RUSSIA, as part of the Russian Space Forum, a presentation of the first International Space Games (ISG) for young engineers.
A session titled "Global Interdisciplinary Dialogue: How to Tell Stories about Space and Create Content in the Digital Age" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA as part of the first Russian Space Forum.
