A stand of the Ruwiki Internet Encyclopedia opened at the RUSSIA EXPO

Day at the RUSSIA EXPO, the stand of the Russian Internet Encyclopedia Ruwiki
was opened between Pavilions No. 75 and B "Prirodograd". The new
space is equipped with interactive screens, dynamic lighting and 3D figures.
Every guest can take part in a quiz and win prizes from the new Internet
encyclopedia.
"We
are very pleased to present a new space at the RUSSIA EXPO - this is the space
of Ruwiki, the new Internet encyclopedia. The interactive cube with mirrored
surfaces symbolizes the infinity of knowledge and the boundlessness of
information. Any guest can take a quiz: we have prepared a block of questions
for both adults and children. And get prizes from the new Internet
encyclopedia," said Elena Litovchenko, deputy general director of Ruwiki.
According
to her, the new Internet encyclopedia has been working since June 2023.
Although it is based on the ideas of Wikipedia, it will develop differently
both organizationally and technologically.
"Organizationally, we have an editorial board - we cooperate with external experts, such as the Russian Academy of Sciences, which helps to make the materials as reliable and high-quality as possible. Just last week Ruwiki was updated to version 2.0: any user can choose a topic, customize the font, screen size, listen to articles in audio format," said Elena Litovchenko.
The speaker also shared important news for all schoolchildren: the portal dedicated to the MSE and USE exams has been launched. Now the portal contains high-quality materials, tested by the Russian Academy of Sciences, which will help to prepare for the exams and pass them successfully.
A news presenter of the Uzbekistan 24 TV channel, Islom Koraboyev, became one of the distinguished guests of the National Centre RUSSIA exposition at the International Trade Fair "INNOPROM.
Bloggers and other distinguished guests unanimously noted the high level of the stand’s design and the richness of the product range presented in the Department Store.
Applications have opened on the website of the National Centre RUSSIA for participation in the III All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts", which will take place on 8 and 9 July.
